Dining Room Server

Assist the Culinary Director and Dining Room Manager with overall dietary department functioning by setting up dining room tables, serving resident meals, and plating meals for remote delivery. Clean dining rooms, kitchens, and other areas as directed; prepare snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments. Transport trash and linen to disposal areas and follow the daily task spreadsheet to ensure all work is completed. Note refrigeration temperatures and assist with special events, catering functions, and other duties assigned by the supervisor or Executive Director. Weekend availability may be required.
