Job Summary
Dining Room Manager responsible for the overall operation, coordination, appearance and maintenance of front-of-house dining operations in a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Oversees staffing, training, event coordination, safety, resident satisfaction and service delivery; ensures compliance with California Labor Laws; manages scheduling and records; collaborates with F&B Director on service objectives and standards; coordinates special functions and large parties; maintains staff development and infection-control procedures; requires ServSafe certification, English communication, and at least two years of supervisory experience in front-of-house operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience in front-of-house operations in a hotel, restaurant, or club; fine dining experience preferred.
- ServSafe certified.
- A high school graduate/GED.
