Job Summary
Provide hands-on dining room management of all front-of-house serving staff and lead the team in delivering exceptional service to residents and guests. Manage daily operations including staffing, serving, and cleaning under the direction of the Director of Dining Services. Ensure overall front-of-house standards of cleanliness and attention to detail while interacting with residents and guests on a daily basis. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service. Requires a high school diploma, two years of restaurant or senior living experience, and a valid Food Services Sanitation Certificate. Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match, available the first of the month following hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or the equivalent education, training, and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years restaurant / senior living or equivalent serving and staff management experience
- Valid Food Services Sanitation Certificate or ability to pass course once employed
