Job Summary
Dining Room Manager responsible for supervising wait staff, preparing and serving meals, and maintaining the dining room for residents and guests. Oversee uniform standards, menu board maintenance, exceptional customer service in seating and dining, bussing and resetting tables, and supporting seasonal/regionally-inspired menus. Requires high school diploma or GED (or 2 years related experience) and availability on weekends/holidays; prior hospitality, residential, or club dining room experience preferred.
