Job Summary
Dining Room Manager at Arrow Senior Living in Battlefield, MO. Full-time role responsible for ensuring a well-kept dining room and impeccable service to residents, greeting residents and fostering a welcoming dining environment, assisting with meal preparation and service, bussing tables, cleaning duties, and coordinating with supervisors on residents’ dietary needs and changes. Requires leadership of a hospitality team, strong front-of-house focus, English proficiency, a county-required food server permit, ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and passing health/tuberculosis screenings with criminal clearance. Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred
- Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Be active; capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be criminally cleared
- Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment; must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening
