Job Summary
Manage the dining room to ensure impeccable service and prefect presentation while greeting residents, mingling, and fostering connection. Prepare tables, salads, and silverware for each meal, then buss tables and sweep floors to maintain a tidy environment. Monitor residents' dietary habits and appetite changes, reporting unusual observations to supervisors. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30am to 7:30pm as a full-time Dining Room Manager at Madison, Kansas City, MO.
Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county
- You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- You must be criminally cleared
- Good physical health verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting people after a fall
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
