Job Summary
Organizes, directs, and supervises all functions in the main dining room, Café, and employee cafeteria. Monitor server performance and resident satisfaction during serving periods in all areas of responsibility. Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service. Provide clear, detailed instructions to employees regarding assigned tasks and proper procedures. Interpret menus, answer questions, coordinate the meal service process, and respond to customer requests. This Full-time position offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and no late nights, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of three (3) years of serving experience
- Familiarity with serving alcoholic beverages and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to provide clear, detailed instructions to employees regarding assigned tasks and the proper procedures for completing them
- Ability to interpret and explain menus, answer questions, coordinate the meal service process, and accurately understand and respond to customer requests
- Vaccination status (MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, and flu)
