Job Summary
Smile, create eye contact, and speak enthusiastically to make emotional connections with guests while honoring the restaurant's vision and values. Multitask quickly and thoroughly to communicate effectively with both guests and Team Members, maintaining cleanliness of the dining room, bathrooms, and parking lot. Work on your feet for several hours at a time, adhering to all rules and dress codes, while remaining adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented. This role offers flexible scheduling with closed Sundays, scholarship opportunities, and intentional growth within an independent franchised environment focused on teamwork and leadership development.
