Job Summary
Greet guests and serve as the friendly face in the dining room, maintaining a clean, organized space by wiping tables, restocking the condiment bar, restroom upkeep, and assisting with tray disposal. Deliver 2nd mile service by checking in with guests, refilling beverages, and aiding with trays. Engage with guests with enthusiasm, build positive connections, and uphold Chick-fil-A policies and dress code. Demonstrate strong customer service, teamwork, adaptability, and a reliable, detail-oriented work ethic while standing for extended periods and lifting 10-20 lbs. Flexible scheduling with Sundays closed, and opportunities for growth under an independent Operator.
