Job Summary
Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome, then proactively assist with tasks, carry orders to tables, refresh drinks, and supply additional sauces. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms while connecting with guests through conversations and providing 2nd Mile Service. Assist guests who need help, such as providing high chairs, and demonstrate a servant's heart in all actions. Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals in a positive way, remaining flexible and responsive to the needs of guests, the team, and the restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Availability on a variety of weekdays and both Friday and Saturday
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest personality
