Job Summary
Wipe tables, set linens, and scrape dirty dishes to the kitchen while serving ice water, coffee, and food to guests. Stock cabinets, refill condiment containers, and replenish supplies at steam tables. Clean counters, polish equipment, mop floors, and wash glasses. Carry trays from counters to tables, transport linens to laundry, and stock refrigerating units with beverages. Locate items requested by customers and manage spills or broken dishes. Maintain adequate supplies of clean glassware, silverware, and dishes. Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in dining rooms or cafeterias to facilitate customer service. Minimum 21 years of age required to serve alcohol; previous experience desired.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): or Work Equivalent
- Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages (if applicable)
- Good understanding of the English language, while being able to effectively communicate with the guests
