Dining Room Attendant

Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, returning gear to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking, turning off lights, and locking doors. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while inspecting china, glass, and silver for cleanliness and presentation. Maintain area cleanliness throughout the shift using clean-as-you-go procedures. Welcome and acknowledge guests, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
