Job Summary
Dining Room Attendant needed to greet guests, assist with seating, clear and reset tables, assist servers with food delivery, maintain a clean and sanitary dining room, and support back-of-house tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring supplies, communicating with management, upholding health and safety standards, and providing professional, friendly service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Qualifications include 21+ age, valid Food Handler Card and RBS certification, Title 31 training within 90 days, potential gaming license, 1-2 years of high-volume restaurant or casino experience preferred, Spanish bilingual preferred, strong English communication, ability to work flexible hours, and willingness to work overtime if required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid Food Handler Card and RBS certification as a prerequisite to being extended a job offer and maintain valid certifications throughout the course of employment.
- Must successfully complete Title 31 training within the first 90 days of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a valid Gaming License from Augustine Gaming Commission.
- 1-2 years of experience working as a beverage server or food server in a high-volume restaurant, bar or casino is preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English communication skills required to interact with guests, team members, and vendors.
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- This position may require overtime.
