Job Summary
Provide food service in the full-service dining room for residents, guests, and visitors in accordance with applicable standards and facility policies. Responsibilities include preparing plates, beverages, and desserts, serving meals and therapeutic diets, bussing and returning dishes, assisting with food preparation, maintaining proper table and linen setups, following sanitary standards, reporting concerns to the Hostess, and orienting new staff. Requires high school education or equivalent, CPR certification or within 90 days, waitress experience or interest, knowledge of dietary procedures, ability to read/write/speak English, and professional interaction with residents, families, staff, and the public.

- Must possess current CPR certificate or become certified within 90 days of employment
- Experience to include waitress responsibilities or interest in the same.
- Must be knowledgeable of dietary procedures.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
