Job Summary
Conduct routine food preparation activities including portioning, chopping, and cooking-to-order dishes while adhering to federal, state, and campus food safety regulations. Greet customers, answer inquiries regarding food and product preparation, and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure safe handling and sanitation processes. Operate dishwashing stations, stock inventory, process customer transactions using the point-of-sale system, and assist student employees as needed. Perform these duties across various shifts Monday through Friday, with limited weekend options available. Positions are open until filled for temporary roles within the Dining & Retail Services department.
Required Qualifications
