Job Summary
Lead the Culinary Services team to develop and implement high-quality dining programs for residents, family members, and employees. Responsible for training team in food preparation, table service, sanitation/safety procedures, managing the diet ticket program, and creating work schedules. Requires four years of food service experience, a food manager's certificate, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Four years experience in food service and dining environment
- Proven ability to effectively and positively train employees in proper front of house expectations
- Food Manager's certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Working knowledge of food preparation methods and terminology
