Job Summary
Operate the daily dining program at a single-unit location, managing multiple stations, restaurant setups, and inventory for grab-and-go products. Monitor cafeteria restocking and breakdown, oversee restaurant arrivals against Fooda service and sanitation standards, and ensure accurate POS updates and customer billing. Handle bi-monthly and weekly P/L accountability, recruit and train hourly staff, and escalate issues to the Director. Maintain independent judgment on daily performance tasks and solve problems quickly. Work onsite in Dallas, TX, Monday through Friday from 6am to 3pm with weekend flexibility. Requires a Type-A personality, entrepreneurial mindset, and 5–8 years of food service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- This role is onsite in Dallas, TX Monday- Friday 6am- 3pm
- This site operates 5 days a week and we're looking for someone with a very open and flexible schedule for the weekends
- Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree
- Ideal candidates will have five to eight years of relevant experience
