Job Summary
Dining Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of a single-unit Fooda dining hall, overseeing setup/restock/breakdown, inventory management and ordering of grab-and-go items, and ensuring consistent Fooda service standards and sanitation. Responsible for bi-monthly inventory and P/L accountability, updating POS software and database daily, recruiting, scheduling, and training hourly staff, and handling weekly accounting and accurate data entry. Serves as the direct liaison to the Fooda Client and drives a customer-service oriented dining experience with independent judgment in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in addition to five to eight years of relevant experience
- prior experience in large food service or enterprise catering preferred
- authorize to work in the United States on a full-time basis
