Job Summary
Dining Host responsible for delivering courteous, efficient service to guests at The Dining Room at Birdwood Mansion, including setting up buffet displays, transporting supplies, serving beverages, maintaining a clean function room, and adhering to liquor regulations. Must maintain high standards of service, attend pre-shifts, assist with mis-en-place, manage beverage stations, and ensure guest satisfaction across events such as weddings and banquets. Requires 1 year of food/beverage service and 1 year of bartending experience; strong English communication, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility for schedules and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year minimum food and beverage serving experience
- 1-year minimum bartending experience
- High-volume banquet serving experience
- Knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks
- Able to communicate written and spoken English
- Readiness to work a flexible schedule and holidays
