Job Summary
Manage operations of dining facility serving RCTA and NETC students, supervise staff, address operational issues, and handle emergency feeding services.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) years’ experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations serving over 100 people
- At least two (2) years in a supervisory role
- Three (3) years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher
- Experience in contingency or emergency feeding operations within the past two (2) years
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Sanitation and food safety certification within the past four (4) years
