Job Summary
Lead the Dining Department at Glen Mills Senior Living as Dining Experience Director, guiding the dining team to deliver exceptional resident experiences through thoughtful meal planning, preparation, and event menus. Responsibilities include meal planning, cooking, ordering and tracking food items and supplies, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations, and creating an upbeat, social dining atmosphere while assisting residents as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of progressive Dining Service/Culinary experience
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in management/supervision of team members
- H.S. Diploma or GED is required
- Culinary, Hospitality or Management degree is preferred
- Food Service certification is preferred
