Job Summary
Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment and providing high-level service. Maintain cleanliness of the space and clean dishes while adhering to Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system, escalating issues to the Director when necessary. Prior food service and cashier experience is preferred. Full-time role in San Jose with competitive hourly pay, benefits, and daily lunch subsidy.
Required Qualifications
- You are comfortable with customers and enjoy customer service
- You are friendly, high energy and comfortable interacting with other people
- You are comfortable with handling cash and providing accurate change
- You are comfortable with technology and running a POS system
- Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required
- Know and maintain the Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation on a daily basis
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- Prior food service and cashier experience preferred
