Job Summary
Greet patients, inform patients of meal selections and take meal orders for next scheduled meal; assemble and deliver food trays following portion guidelines; ensure sanitation and ware washing; enter menu selections into the diet office computer system; assist with addressing patient feedback and coordinate with Dietitian as needed; operate equipment safely and assist with ware washing; deliver trays in a timely manner and collect used trays; maintain compliance with sanitary regulations and department policy; this role emphasizes patient-focused food service and adherence to service excellence standards.
