Job Summary
Serve meals to residents according to diet guidelines and portion sizes while maintaining clean and organized workspaces and dining areas. Assist with food prep and kitchen tasks, ensuring all safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times. Support teammates and respond to resident needs with professionalism and care, reporting any health or behavioral changes to supervisors immediately. Work part-time, 32 hours per pay period from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm and/or 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Heritage Community.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on your feet
- Able to follow procedures and adapt to changing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a commercial kitchen or senior care setting
- Food safety training or SERV Safe certification
