Job Summary
Dining Assistant role supporting a resident-focused dining program in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include serving meals to residents according to diet guidelines and portion sizes, maintaining clean and organized workspaces and dining areas, assisting with food prep and kitchen tasks, supporting teammates, and reporting health or behavioral changes to supervisors. Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times and deliver professional, caring service. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience in a commercial kitchen or senior care setting, and ServSafe certification. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and training within Heritage Community.
