Job Summary
Dining Supervisor provides full-scope, hands-on dining room management in the Dining program with responsibility for maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness. Leads serving team members, sets tables and stations, takes and serves orders, ensures proper dietary preparation per policy, and maintains dining room labor budgets. Requires knowledge of serving, customer service, shift/ staffing organization, and leadership with emphasis on hospitality, resident interaction, and professional conduct.
