Job Summary
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner; rotate seating to maintain fair and consistent station occupancy; assist wait staff and bus persons with duties (refill drinks, pre-bus, attend to guest needs); answer phones professionally; monitor table availability and arrange seating as needed; greet VIP guests and communicate pertinent information to the team; demonstrate excellent communication, be friendly and professional with guests and team members; walk guests to their location and introduce the responsible employee; take ownership with an "It's my job" attitude; this non-exempt role requires physical activity including standing, bending, and lifting in a 24/7 operation with varying shifts including weekends and holidays; work environment spans kitchens, restaurants, bars, and related spaces; must maintain safe practices. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: S. Nevada Health District Food Handler Card.
Required Qualifications
- MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 16 years old
- LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: S. Nevada Health District Food Handler Card.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be customer service and team oriented.
- Must be able to follow procedures and work in a busy restaurant atmosphere.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
