Dimensional Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary
Read and interpret part drawings; dimensionally inspect parts using inspection equipment such as calipers, height gauges, radius gauges, and other inspection tools; create inspection reports; willingness to perform any other related duties assigned by immediate Supervisor; willingness and ability to work weekends; shift options include Days 5:00am-5:00pm or Nights 5:00pm-5:00am; located in East Downtown Houston, TX; experience with GD&T, blueprints, and various gauges; bilingual in Spanish and English; required drug screen and background check; compensation varies by experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in reading and interpreting drawings and dimensionally inspecting parts
- Knowledge of common gauges and measurement instruments
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Bilingual (Spanish , English)
