Job Summary
Prepare ingredients for cooking and assemble dishes following recipes and quality standards. Cook using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; portion and present foods according to standards. Monitor food quality, maintain clean and safe workstations, follow safety policies, and collaborate with teammates to meet service goals. Requires standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds; education includes a high school diploma or GED equivalent; related work experience preferred.
