Job Summary
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food; wash and peel produce; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food temperature and quality; set up and break down work station; serve food in proper portions; maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen area; follow safety policies and report maintenance or safety concerns; maintain professional communication and positive relationships with team; stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
