Job Summary
Diligence Advisor specializing in critical minerals sourcing and procurement for high-performance metals. Provide expert perspective on prime materials sourcing market structure and supplier-base dynamics, including differentiation factors such as quality, traceability, logistics, scale, and certifications. Engage in structured expert calls and written Q&A with the diligence team. Short-duration advisory engagement requiring discretion and a confidentiality agreement. Candidates should have lead-level procurement or supply chain experience in critical minerals for specialty metals, with direct knowledge of nickel, nickel-cobalt alloys, titanium, cobalt, molybdenum, and tungsten, and a track record with specialty metal producers or OEMs. The engagement is conducted via scheduled calls and written input around availability.
Required Qualifications
- Lead procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in critical minerals feeding high-performance metals production
- Direct working knowledge of sourcing nickel, nickel-cobalt alloys, titanium, cobalt, molybdenum, tungsten
- Strong command of supplier markets, pricing/commoditization dynamics, and customer-switching behavior
- Ability to engage professionally under a confidentiality agreement
- Experience at a specialty metal or superalloy producer or downstream OEM (e.g., Acerinox, Aperam, ATI, Doncasters, Ellwood, Howmet, PCC, SeAH Steel) or comparable organizations
