Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers delivering Digital Solutions for Energy Management, Historian, Asset Twin/APM, and Cyber Security portfolios across Mining, Cement, Metals, and Pulp & Paper domains. Manage complete technical deliverables, ensure project execution aligns with scope and milestones, and drive quality culture through regular progress reviews and audits. Account for team KPIs including utilization, TNPS score, productivity, and engagement while planning project team setups based on scope. Maintain strong working relations with LBL counterparts, handle escalations, and drive effective change management to meet agreed schedules. Operate in a hybrid model within the Process Automation business for the Process Industry division based in Bangalore.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum B.Tech/ B.E from a reputed University with First Class in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics or any relevant Engineering degree
- 12+ years of implementation experience in the digital domain for process industry (Metals / Mining / Pulp & Paper / Cement)
- in-depth knowledge in Digital solutions for process industries
- experience in handling Digital projects comprising of engineering & commissioning for Mining, Cement, Metals & Pulp & Paper domain delivering EMS, Historian, APM or cyber security projects
- good understanding of digital product portfolio and solutioning concepts for the products
- implementation experience in at least one or two portfolios mentioned above
