Job Summary
Digital Workplace Lead role owning Mining's digital workplace capability, shaping direction across M365 products and AI-enabled capabilities (including Copilot), and representing Mining in Group IT governance to drive value and adoption. You will be the single point of accountability for Mining's digital workplace service layer, define what value is created, anchor new services and changes with IT Business Partners, and coordinate Mining's device service scope with country IT alignment where standard delivery does not cover full scope. This hybrid-position is based in Sandviken or Stockholm, Sweden, and requires strong IT governance, stakeholder management, and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions. English proficiency is essential; Swedish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with digital workplace services, including Microsoft 365 environments
- Understanding of IT governance, collaboration models, and stakeholder management
- Experience translating business needs into structured IT demand and solutions
- Familiarity with adoption strategies, change direction, or capability development
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including global IT functions
- Excellent skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus
