Job Summary
Define and evolve the strategic direction of digital workplaces across the organization by analyzing needs and influencing technological decisions. Design complex solutions for workstations, virtual environments, and mobile platforms while ensuring consistency and integration. Act as a focal point for strategy, delivery, and operations teams to foster alignment between business needs and operational requirements. Identify technical issues, propose pragmatic approaches to resolve major incidents, and help teams implement and adopt IT solutions. Optimize practices by introducing modern approaches that promote performance and operational efficiency. Contribute to technology intelligence discussions with decision-makers to support continuous evolution. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, eight years of IT experience, and French proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of experience in IT, including a significant portion in roles requiring advanced technology expertise or influence
- Experience in complex, large-scale organizational settings
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in advanced technological environments (modern workplace, virtual environment, mobility, cloud)
- Proficiency in operational issues (stability, support, performance, scalability)
- Proficiency in modern management tools (SCCM, Intune or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of Citrix, Windows infrastructure, AD, Azure AD, GPO, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, macOS, iOS
- Knowledge of endpoint security
- Advanced knowledge of user environments
