Job Summary
Collaborate with technology architects and multi-skilled project teams to design, build, and maintain technical solutions supporting business objectives, with a focus on Microsoft M365 technologies including Intune, Entra ID, PowerShell, and Teams. Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation while analyzing existing solutions to enhance performance and reliability. Manage service requests and incidents, engage with external suppliers to assure solution quality, and contribute to platform improvements by investigating root causes and recommending preventative measures. Work within a permanent role in York with an annual salary up to £50,000, including a potential on-target bonus, 25 days' annual leave, and access to health and wellbeing services.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in building technical solutions within a systems development team
- Proven experience in developing and supporting Microsoft M365 technologies
- Experience of working on multi-workstream projects
- Skilled in producing clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Experience in analysing and improving existing technical solutions
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern integration platforms and techniques
- Must live locally to York, YO32 9PT
Desired Qualifications
- Intune (AutoPilot, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies) for end-point and mobile devices
- Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access and on-premise AD
- PowerShell for M365 and Azure administration
- Administration and development of MS Teams and Sharepoint
- PowerApp development
