Digital Workplace Engineer - Cloud

Job Summary
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of Digital Workplace solutions; deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers; install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security tools; manage incident tickets and requests via ServiceNow ITSM; support Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint); administer Microsoft Intune or JAMF for device management and compliance; leverage Windows OS, Microsoft 365, JAMF, Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop in a 24x7 on-call, hybrid role based in Port Melbourne with home and customer-site work; travel to customer sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, and enterprise applications
- Experience with MacOS and JAMF
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident, request & change management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and compliance
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID, user account management, and networking concepts
- Solid understanding of public cloud infrastructure and services, specifically Azure Virtual Desktop
- Experience working in a Managed Services Provider desirable
- This role will form part of a 24 x 7 On Call roster
- Hybrid role with mix of office in Port Melbourne, working from home and onsite at customer locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license with own transport and be willing to travel to customers sites as required
