Digital Workplace Analyst

Job Summary
Digital Workplace Analyst responsible for handling incoming service requests and incidents within Digital Workplace Services, managing endpoint solutions (laptops/desktops/mobile devices), administering Intune/SCCM/MECM/Entra ID/Azure AD, and supporting device lifecycle, security configurations, audits/compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborates with MSPs/vendors (e.g., DXC) and supports Exchange Online/Azure/Microsoft 365, patch management, software deployment, and governance to ensure high-quality IT services and alignment with ISO 27001/TISAX controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to work in non-standard work hours when necessary
- Strong Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Awareness of ISO 27001 and TISAX requirements
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework, Processes and Roles
- Familiar with ServiceNow or other ITSM Systems
- Ability to work in global support environments
- Ownership and accountability in service delivery
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving workplace technology
