Job Summary

Manage the School of Law website infrastructure, providing daily guidance on technical issues and supporting cybersecurity operations. Oversee website functionality, performance, and hosting while developing long-term strategy and updating content. Serve as the primary webmaster, resolving QA and accessibility issues, and collaborating with university stakeholders on branding and digital media projects. Facilitate training for faculty and staff on university applications like Terminal4 and Live Whale, while supervising student assistants. Support Advancement and Alumni Relations events by coordinating AV vendors, managing equipment, and providing live technical support for conferences and webinars.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in university operations
  • Knowledge of PC and Mac, including Microsoft Office suite, Google Apps
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete projects accurately and on time with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in a team-based, collaborative environment
  • Proven ability to thrive in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, personable, and committed to providing excellent service to faculty, staff, students, and visitors
  • Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

  • Will be required to travel to other buildings and offices on the campus
  • May be required to attend conferences and training sessions locally and out-of-state
  • Will be required to work occasional night and weekend events in support of enrollment or academic activities
  • Employees approved to telecommute are required to perform their work within one of these states: California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Illinois

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Content Management Systems (T4) or website management
  • Experience with T4, Qualtrics, and Live Whale
  • The ability to effectively establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within a diverse multicultural environment
