Job Summary
Lead the Digital Wealth Commercialization and Growth function for Citi's North America Citigold and Citigold Private Client teams. Drive the digital commercialization strategy and its tactical execution to accelerate product growth and adoption of digital wealth capabilities by bridging product development, service, and sales. Develop and analyze strategic product roadmaps, launches, and go-to-market plans; manage client value propositions, pricing, targeting, and channel strategies; oversee market research and competitive analyses; define and track KPIs for product and service launches; provide sales enablement and post-launch insights; ensure risk and regulatory compliance as part of decision-making; foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and guide junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital product strategy and commercialization
- Knowledge of financial securities, trading, and/or managed products
- Knowledge of marketing, product development, and analytics
- Ability to work unsupervised and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (must meet within 150 days)
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
