Review user-generated back-office information and ensure compliance with established policies while taking prompt action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks. Stay updated on internal policies to accurately implement standards, and identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to process sensitive information while defending decisions with logical reasoning. Candidates must be fluent in French, Norwegian, Polish, Dutch, or Turkish with B2 or higher English skills. The position offers a relocation bonus, company-provided accommodation, and training within TELUS Tower's office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
