Job Summary
Review user-generated back-office information, including sensitive or potentially disturbing content, and ensure compliance with established policies. Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks. Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation. Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks. This role requires fluent skills in French, Norwegian, Polish, Dutch, or Turkish alongside B2 or higher English, with high attention to detail and the ability to process sensitive information. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and high work volumes. The position offers a relocation bonus of €1,500, company-provided accommodation for 21 days, fully paid training, and a stable career path within TELUS Tower's international team in Sofia.
