Deliver Five Diamond Service via email and phone, resolving client issues independently without escalation and nurturing long-term relationships through proactive follow-up. Stay current on destination knowledge and supplier promotions, cross-sell complementary products like the AAA Visa, and collaborate cross-functionally to support digital marketing initiatives. Requires 1-3 years of travel sales experience; high school diploma or GED required.
