Job Summary
Lead ERP implementation and development of a customer portal for The Blackhawk Group; coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Sales, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with strong user adoption. Define business requirements, workflows, data needs, and reporting priorities; manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests. Facilitate testing sessions (including user acceptance testing), prepare training plans, rollout schedules, and post-go-live stabilization. Oversee data migration planning/validation between legacy systems and Veryon, and coordinate portal features and updates (customer account access, project visibility, service updates, documentation access, and reporting). Maintain dashboards and regular status reports for leadership, and drive continuous improvement in operations, systems governance, and integration efforts. Preferred qualifications include experience with aviation/aerospace operations, ERP deployments, web-based portal development, data migration, and relevant certifications; Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/PM or related field. The role emphasizes organizational skills, clear communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to lead initiatives at the intersection of technology, operations, and people.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Strong understanding of business systems, process improvement, and technology implementation best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, ClickUp)
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, project management, or related field
