Job Summary
Advise clients on digital transformation, business improvement, and technology-enabled change initiatives by assessing current environments to identify optimization opportunities. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand priorities, then develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans. Manage project scope, budgets, and resources while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex change programs. Monitor risks, issues, and performance metrics to ensure timely resolution and successful outcomes. Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. This Senior Associate role within PwC's Technology & AI Services team supports organizations across government and private sectors in navigating digital journeys from strategy through execution, leveraging global best practices to achieve sustainable business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, business advisory, project management or a related professional services environment
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation, technology-enabled change or business improvement initiatives
- Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases, process improvement initiatives and operating model enhancements
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, stakeholders, budgets and delivery teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, business leaders and technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft 365
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Cloud Technologies, ERP Platforms or Data & AI technologies
