Digital Transformation Program Manager – Manufacturing

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end digital manufacturing initiatives at Medtronic's Nathan Lane site, including the pilot and deployment of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and advanced analytics. Implement and integrate MES with shop-floor systems, SAP, and quality systems to enable seamless data flow and operational visibility. Plan and execute digital projects ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and compliance requirements while driving change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT to support the site's digital transformation roadmap and develop a scalable foundation for real-time visibility and automation. Work onsite five days a week in a highly regulated, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of project management experience
- advanced degree
- 3 years of project management experience
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within a regulated industry
- Experience leading digital manufacturing and MES initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing cross-functional technology projects and system implementations
- Knowledge of MES, SAP, Quality Systems, and shop-floor automation integration
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and regulatory requirements in a regulated industry
- Experience driving change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and align teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
