Job Summary
Lead design, implementation, and automation of enterprise systems that modernize operations, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making, analytics, and application frameworks across IT, engineering, and business processes. Build integrations across ERP, SQL databases, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Lakehouse, Warehouse); develop data pipelines and semantic models to support real-time dashboards and predictive analytics; optimize SQL queries and data flows for performance; create low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions; develop web applications (React/Node.js or equivalent) connecting to on‐prem and cloud data sources; automate data synchronization, reporting, and approval workflows; collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, develop Power BI dashboards, ensure data integrity and governance; create predictive and prescriptive analytics models; collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality); support adoption, training, and documentation for new digital tools and data models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering
- Knowledge and use of MS Office suite and data management tools considered a strong asset
- Autonomous self-starter: systems thinker who can translate business needs into digital frameworks
