Digital Transformation Engineer

Lead design, implementation, and automation of enterprise systems to modernize operations, improve efficiency, and enable data‐driven decision‐making across the organization. Design and maintain integrations across ERP, SQL databases, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric; develop data pipelines and semantic models for real‐time dashboards and analytics; optimize SQL queries and data flows; build low‐code/no‐code solutions with Power Apps/Power Automate/Azure Functions; develop web applications (React/Node.js) that securely connect to on‐prem and cloud data; automate data synchronization, reporting, and workflows; collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop Power BI dashboards; create predictive and prescriptive analytics models; collaborate with cross‐functional teams to map processes and drive digital transformation; provide adoption, training, and documentation for new tools and data models.
