Job Summary
Lead the development of data management and analytics strategies to support federal digital transformation initiatives. Design and advise on Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions, integrate with client systems via APIs/SQL/SFTP, and drive data hygiene, governance, and quality controls. Analyze large, diverse data sets, generate concise reports, and present recommendations to aid digital transformation. Collaborate with government stakeholders and teaming partners to gather requirements, deliver data-driven insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Require an undergraduate degree and 3+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Sr) experience, with DoD/federal familiarity and eligibility for Secret-level information access. Hybrid work arrangement based in Arlington, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelors) in a related field
- 3+ years of related experience for Mid-level or 5+ years for Senior-level
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)
- Experience in data management, SharePoint, and cloud migration
- Familiarity with DoD, Department of the Navy, or other Federal Agency
- Ability to obtain eligibility for access to Secret-level classified information
