Job Summary
Contribute to international consulting projects supporting the digital transformation of public-sector institutions by analyzing institutional contexts, governance arrangements, processes, services, systems, and stakeholder needs. Develop practical recommendations, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, methodologies, reports, and presentations while coordinating project activities, expert inputs, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions. Support client consultations, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive change management and identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation. Maintain accurate project documentation and information in internal project management and accounting systems. Master's degree in social sciences, public administration, or related fields required with practical experience in consulting, project management, and public-sector transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social sciences, public administration, public policy, business, management, economics, information technology or another relevant field
- Understanding of public-sector institutions and the governance, organisational and stakeholder context of government digital transformation
- Practical experience contributing to consulting, analytical, advisory or transformation projects
- Practical experience in project management or project coordination
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare clear and well-structured professional documents in English
