Digital Transformation Consultant Intern

Support opportunity identification by gathering insights from business teams and assist in process analysis to document current workflows and improvement areas. Contribute to solution design through drafts, diagrams, and technical notes while building prototypes and proof-of-concepts under guidance from senior engineers. Maintain documentation, standards, and best practice libraries for the Center of Improvements, and assist in creating reusable assets such as templates and reference materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and participate in change enablement activities including training materials and knowledge sharing. Focus on process automation, systems integration, data modeling, and low-code development using Microsoft Power Platform tools. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates to build technical skills at the intersection of business and technology within DTN's global Operational Decisioning Platform.
